Originally a 300-year-old family home from Kerala, the building was transported, assembled and restored with care. Made entirely using wood, the interiors resemble earthy mountaintop cabins. Located near the Sultanpur Bird Sanctuary, Kerala House - The Khet is a breezy drive from New Delhi, Noida and nearby cities, making it an ideal city getaway. Kindly note: The first floor of both cottages features bedrooms, but the stairs leading up to them have a striped pattern that may not be suitable for senior citizens or infants due to potential safety concerns.

Breakfast timing is between 8 am to 10:30 am. This service closes at 11 am. Guests are requested to place their orders at least 24 hours in advance.

Guests are requested to bear with us on the check-in and check-out timings. We need this extra-time to ensure the villas are clean and sanitized for your stay

Guests, who are not checked-in or registered as guests of Lohono Stays are not allowed to sleep or stay overnight in the villa

Guests are responsible for his/her personal belongings and valuables. We request you to comply with the rules and regulations to make your stay in our villa comfortable

Smoking is prohibited in the villa. We recommend you smoke outdoors. While smoking, kindly use the ashtray to dispose of cigarette buds, and take all necessary precautions to prevent a fire

Loud music will not be allowed post 10 pm

Our staff would be happy to purchase any additional items that guests may need

Check-in time will be 02:00 pm on the arrival date and check-out time will be 11.00 am on the departure date. Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability and at the discretion of Lohono Stays, with additional charges.

Guests are requested to pay a security deposit of INR 20,000 at the time of booking. This amount will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out.

Guests are kindly advised that stag bookings are not permitted at this property.

Cancellation policy read-more

For cancellations made up to 15 days prior to the check-in date, 80%* of the booking amount will be refunded via the original payment mode or 100% in the form of a future credit note, which can be redeemed at the originally booked Lohono Villa

For cancellations made 8-14 days prior to the check-in date, 50%* of the booking amount will be refunded

For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the check-in date, the booking amount will be non-refundable

Standard Cancellation Policy does not apply to peak or blackout dates. Refunds are only available if 100% payment has been made. Partial payments are non-refundable.
